不同投饲率对黄鳝生长和成活的影响

Effects of Different Feeding Rates on the Growth and Survival Rate of Monopterus albus

探讨了不同投饲率对黄鳝(Monopterus albus)增重率、特定生长率和成活率的影响。试验共设6个不同投饲率组(5%、8%、10%、12%、15%和20%),每组3次重复,试验持续56d。结果显示:(1)随着投饲率的增加,黄鳝的增重率和特定生长率逐渐升高。当投饲率低于10%时,各组间体重差异不显著(P>0.05),而特定生长率显著增加(P<0.05)。当投喂饵料超过黄鳝体重10%后,增重率显著升高(P<0.05),而特定生长率在投饲率达到15%后趋于稳定,两组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)投饲率为8%组成活率最高,达到92.22%,除与投饲率5%组差异不显著外(P>0.05),显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05)。投喂20%组成活率仅57.22%,显著低于其他各试验组。(3)在人工饲养条件下,黄鳝肝体指数均显著性增加。其中,投喂量最少的组肝体指数显著低于其他试验组(P<0.05);投喂量最大的两组肝体指数显著高于其他试验组,且两组间差异不显著(P>0.05);投喂8%~12%的各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此表明:黄鳝的生长受投饲率的影响,且以15%的投饲率投喂效果最佳。

To investigate the effects of different feeding rates on weight gain rate,specific growth rate and survival rate of Monopterus albus,a 60-day trial was conducted with six different feeding rates,i.e.5%,8%,10%,12%,15% and 20% respectively.The results showed that(1)weight gain rate and specific growth rate increased along the ascend trend of feeding rates.There were no significant differences between weights in each group when feeding rate was lower than 10%(P>0.05),while the rate exceeded 10%,weight gain rate increased significantly(P<0.05)and specific growth rate became steady when the rate reached 15%,also no significant difference was observed between these two groups(P>0.05).(2)When feeding rate was 8%,the survival rate reached the highest(92.22%),which was notably higher than that in other groups except the group with the rate of 5%.The survival rate in groups with the rate of 20% was the lowest(57.22%),which was significantly lower than those in other groups.(3)Under artificial cultivation condition,hepatosomatic indexes increased significantly,and in groups with relative low feeding rate it was much lower than those in other groups while in groups with relative high feeding rate it was in the opposite.All results indicated that the growth of Monopterus albus was affected by feeding rate.It was suggested that 15% is the optimal feeding rate.
