摘要
采用LB液体培养基,按照1∶500的比例对鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarum)、溶藻弧菌(V.alginolyticus)和河流弧菌(V.fluvialis)进行扩大培养,并测定不同时间段细菌培养液光密度D_(600nm)值和重量来间接反映其生长情况。结果显示,鳗弧菌在5.75h时为1.046,溶藻弧菌在4.5h时D_(600nm)为1.064,河流弧菌在3.75h时D_(600nm)为1.071。这表明河流弧菌生长速度最快,溶藻弧菌次之,鳗弧菌生长速度最慢。
The bacteria of Vibrio anguillarum,V.alginolyticus and V.fluvialis were cultured with LB liquid medium according to the ratio of 1︰500,and the D_(600nm) and the weight of bacterial culture medium were measured to reflect its growth rate.The results showed that the D_(600nm) of V.anguillaru was 1.046 at 5.75 h,and V.alginolyticus was 1.064 at 4.5h,while V.fluvialis was1.071 at 3.75 h.The growth rate of V.fluvialis was the fastest and the V.anguillarum was the slowest.
