摘要
为探讨提高煤矿溜槽减振降噪的新途径,以某选煤厂的原型溜槽为研究对象,设计了泡沫铝层合结构溜槽,应用有限元仿真软件分析两种溜槽的静、动态特性,得出了溜槽的应力-应变分布图、前5阶模态振型图及其固有频率和谐响应幅值图。对比两种溜槽的静、动态特性,结果表明,泡沫铝层合结构溜槽具有更优越的力学性能,可达到提高溜槽减振降噪特性的目的的效果。
For explore new ways to improve coal chute vibration damping and noise reduction, take a prototype chute in coal preparation plant as the research object, the chute with aluminum foam laminated structure was designed. Then the finite element software was used to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of two kinds of chute, stress and strain distribution of the chute, first five modes vibration diagram, natural frequency and harmonic response amplitude map were gotten. By the static and dynamic characteristics, the chute with aluminum foam laminated structure has superior mechanical properties to im- prove the effect of vibration damping and noise reduction.
