摘要
以直动平底推杆共轭凸轮机构为研究对象,给出了尺寸综合问题的准确描述,通过提出"移动数轴"新概念和规定主、副平底夹角方向/取值范围,给出满足α≤[α]∩ρ>0条件r0/r0′取值范围的求解确定,满足α≤[α]∩ρ>0条件平底工作段等的求解确定,两平底跨距D_(min)、最小跨距(D_(min))_(min)的求解确定等,得到了一系列重要结论。深化了对直动平底推杆共轭凸轮机构的理解和认识,解决了直动平底推杆共轭凸轮机构的尺寸综合问题。
The conjugate cam mechanism with translating flat-faced pushrod follower is taken as the research object, the accurate description of these mechanism synthesis tasks are concluded. By adopting the concepts of ′ mobile number axis′ and ruling the angle direction of the main and the sub flat, revealing the existence of r0/r0′ value range, the conjugate cam mechanism flat working section and the minimum macro-sized Dmin*,(Dmin)min, then a list of important conclusions are acquired. Deepening the cognition to conjugate cam mechanism and solving the dimension synthesis of the conjugate cam mechanism with translating flat-faced pushrod follower satisfactorily.
