摘要
本文通过对美国10所高校图书馆社会服务情况进行调查,分析其社会服务的服务对象、服务内容、证件办理及收费、服务规则等方面的做法及特点,提出合理设定服务对象、客观设置服务项目、灵活制定多层次收费标准、预先制定限制性措施、对外公布社会服务规则等措施,供国内同行借鉴。
Through investigating the social service situation of 10 academic libraries in the United States, tiffs paper analyzes the application and characteristics of the service object, service content, card transaction and cost, service rules of social service, and puts forward the measures to the domestic fellow members for reference including setting the service objects rationally and service contents objectively, developing multi-level charging standard flexibility and restrictive measures in advance,and announcing the social service rules.
