古浪县动物产地检疫数量下降原因及对策

动物检疫电子出证全面实施以来,古浪县的动物卫生监督管理水平有了很大的提高,动物卫生监督执法和出证行为得到了进一步规范,有效制止了隔山出证、委托出证等违法违规行为的发生,使检疫信息更加透明,远程监管更加便捷,同时也增强了检疫执法人员的责任意识,风险意识。但是,由于各种现实条件的制约,动物检疫电子出证工作同样存在着一些问题和不足,导致产地检疫数量有所下降。笔者结合工作实践,分析了存在的问题及原因,并提出了相应的对策。

But, there are many problem of animal quarantine certification of electronic due to the current situation, and then the number of animal origin quarantines decreased. This paper introduced the current situation, measures and suggestions for reference.
