民勤县畜禽养殖保险政策调查分析

Investigation Analysis of Insurance Policy on Livestock and Poultry Industry in Minqin County

畜禽养殖保险是农业保险的重要组成部分,有效转移和分散了养殖风险。本文针对民勤县畜禽养殖保险政策进行调研,总结了畜禽养殖保险的主要经验及做法和取得的成效,指出了目前存在的不足及问题,最后提出了民勤县畜禽养殖保险的建议,以期有助于增强养殖农户抵御自然灾害和疫情疫病的能力,促进畜禽产业稳定发展和养殖户持续增收。

Livestock and poultry insurance is an important part of agricultural insurance. The insurance transfers and dis- perses the breeding risks effectively. This article investigatedthe livestock and poultry breeding insurance policy of Minclin County, summarized the main experience and effects of this insurance, indicated the problems and shortcoming and put forward some suggestions for this insurance in Minqin County. All this works with the expectation to help farmer enhance the ability of resisting natural disasters and epidemic diseases, as well as promote the stable development of livestock and poultry industry.
