一例七叶树叶饲喂羊中毒病例的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment on Aesculus Sinensis Leaves Poisoning of Goats

一农户采用50kg七叶树枝叶误饲羊群,经过4h后中毒症状出现,12h后63只羊死亡55只,死亡比例占整群羊的87.3%。通过现场了解病史、解剖检查和查阅资料,初步诊断为"七叶树素(七叶树皂苷)"中毒。对剩余8只羊采取停喂七叶树枝叶、洗胃催吐、电解平衡、碱化尿液、注射VK,灌服蓝根解毒汤、艾蓟三味止血汤进行综合治疗,治愈7只羊。七叶树枝、叶中含有"七叶树素(七叶树皂苷)",可以引起羊群中毒与死亡。养羊户在生产中要引起足够的重视,谨慎采用七叶树枝叶作为饲料,以免引起不必要的损失。

A farmer fed goats with 50 kg esculus sinensis leaves and poisoning symptoms appeared after 4 hours. After 12 hours, 55 goats died and the mortality rate up to 87.3%. The disease was diagnosed as ＂aesculin （escins）＂ poisoning by epide- miologieal investigation, anatomical examination and access to information. The other goats were treated with stopping feeding leaves, gastric lavage, electrolytic balance, alkaline urine, injection of VK, filling the blue root detoxification soup and Ai Wei three taste hemostatic soup. 7 goats were cured eventually. Aesculus Sinensis Leaves contains ＂aesculin （escins）＇, which can cause of poisoning and death to goats. Farmers should pay much attention to the leaves, in order to avoid unnecessary losses.
