拥有世界一流大学是一个国家屹立于世界前列的重要表现形式,同时也是世界经济、政治和科学发展过程中必不可少的智力源泉和人才摇篮,因此建设世界一流大学的评估成为这一研究领域的重点。正确看待并合理利用世界一流大学的评估结果,建立科学、有效、公平、公正的评估指标体系,对于世界一流大学的建设有着非常积极的意义。从宏观和微观层面分析世界一流大学排名的作用及其影响,从现有世界一流大学中选取标准化分析参考对象,并用以解决世界一流大学建设过程中出现的若干问题,可以为我国双一流建设工程提供有效的路径。

To have a world-class university is an important manifestation of a country standing in the forefront of the world,and it is also an indispensable intellectual source and cradle of talents in the development of the world economy, politics and science. Therefore, the evaluation of the construction of the world first-class university has become the focus of this research field. How to treat and rationally use the evaluation results of the world＇s leading universities,how to establish a scientific,effective,fair and impartial evaluation index system,has a very positive significance for the construction of world-class universities. This paper, based on the analysis of the role of the ranking of world class universities and its influence from the macro and micro level, selects the standard reference object from the existing analysis of the world first-class universi- ty so as to solve some problems in the process of building a world-class university, hopeftdly it can provide an effective way for China＇ s double top construction project.
