The Characteristics of Postgraduate Students' Achievement Goals and its Relationship with Their Time Management Disposition

摘要 考察研究生成就目标特点、时间管理倾向及其学习适应性意义,采用四分成就目标量表和时间管理倾向量表对668名在读研究生进行调查。结果:研究生不同成就目标差异显著,"掌握—趋近"目标占主导地位,随着学习阶段的递进,"掌握—趋近"目标逐渐增强;"掌握—趋近"目标对于时间价值感、时间监控感和时间效能感皆有显著的正向影响,"掌握—趋近"目标具有重要的学习适应意义;现实中研究生成就目标呈多样化反应模式,以复合型为主,单一的"成绩—趋近"或"掌握—趋近"个体总计不到30%,双重目标型研究生时间管理表现明显优于单一"掌握—趋近"型研究生的表现。"掌握—趋近"目标是时间管理倾向最为重要的预测变量;持有"掌握—趋近"和"成绩—趋近"双重目标的研究生时间管理表现更好,学习适应性更强。 Objective: To examine the characteristics of postgraduate students' achievement goals and their time management disposition and to explore their meaning of learning adaptability. Methods: Achievement Goals Scale and Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale were conducted to survey 668 postgraduate students from several universities in Guangxi province. Results: There were significant differences between different types of achievement goals in the postgraduate students, the type of mastery approach goal orientation was dominate and with the progress of the learning stage, the mastery approach goal is gradually enhanced; the mastery approach goal orientation positively predicted the time value, time supervision and time effect, having important significance to their learning adaptation;the achievement goals were diversified in the group of postgraduate student in reality, the compound type was the majority, the single type was the minority, such as achievement approach, mastery approach, which were less than 30% to the whole group; the time management performance of dual-objective postgraduates was superior to that of single-objective students, such as mastery approach goal orientation. Conclusion: The mastery approach goal orientation is the important predictor of the time management disposition, and the postgraduates who espouse dual-objective, such as mastery approach and achievement approach goal orientation,showed better performance in the time management and greater ability to adapt to learning.
