摘要
高职院校是高等教育中不可缺少的重要组成部分,高职院校学生的学习潜力、动力和目的,对其教师的"道"与"术"有更高要求,教师教和学生学的内容更要具有实践性、操作性,高职教师要在教师的"道"上继承坚守,在教学的"术"上传承创新。
Higher vocational colleges am an indispensable and important part of higher education. Higher vocational college students＇ leaming potential, motivation and purpose determine a higher demand for teachers＇ doctrine and method, and more practical and operational contents of teachers＇ teaching and students＇ learning. Therefore the teachers should stick to the doctrine, innovate the method of teaching.
