摘要 机车柴油机缸内的气体流动研究主要以传统的实验方法为主,这种方法的缺点是对工程技术人员的经验要求很高,实验周期长,成本高昂。利用GT-Power搭建了GE高压缩比增压柴油机的仿真平台,其中包括16缸模型、进排气管路模型、涡轮增压器模型和中冷器模型;并提出利用GT-Power软件自带的DOE(Design of Experiments)优化模块,同时对进、排气正时角进行优化,缩短了计算时间,使得进、排气配气相位得到较好的匹配。 The study on gas flow in the cylinder of locomotive diesel engine was mainly based on conventional experimental method, and the disadvantage of this method is the high requirements of engineering and technical personnel experience, besides the cost is very high. Based on the applied software GT-Power, a GE high compression ratio locomotive diesel engine simulation platform, including 16 cylinders model, intake and exhaust pipeline model, intercooler and turboeharger model, was established. The numerical simulations on the engine working process were carried out and the corresponding performance results were analyzed in detail on the nominal condition. Further studies and optimization were made by comparisons of the computations at modified valve timing parame ters by using DOE module. Finally, intake and exhaust valve timing were made a good match,shortening calculating time.
