摘要
建立了矿用挖掘机双脚支架的有限元仿真模型,根据最大负载典型工况对双脚支架进行了仿真分析。对双脚支架关键点进行应力测试,得出关键点应力随时间的变化历程。通过现场测试结果与双脚支架有限元分析结果的对比分析,验证了模型的有效性及结果的合理性;根据有限元模型采用NX Nastran对双脚支架的稳定性进行分析及校核,验证了双脚支架的可靠性和安全性。
The finite element model of the gantry of an electrical rope shovel is established,and the simulation analysis of the gantry is carried out under full load typical operating condition,and the stress of the key point in gantry is obtained. The values from the test and theoretical model are compared,and the result verifies the validity and rationality of the model. Finally,the stability of gantry assembly is analyzed in NX Nastran software to verify the safety of the gantry.
