摘要
设计了一款硬币打捆机,以电机和气缸为动力源,借助双螺旋夹紧旋转和可移动机械手开合动作一起完成硬币打捆和封边。对结构的合理性进行了分析,绘制整机装配图并完成了三维仿真,最终得到一台实用性较强的包装机械。
In this paper,a coin tying machine is designed,in which the motor and cylinder are used as power source. It can accomplish the tying and edge banding by use of a double spiral compacting and rotating manipulator. The nationality of the structure is analyzed,and the three-dimensional simulation is completed. Finally a practical coin tying machine is obtained.
