摘要
6.25 m捣固焦炉大型成套设备是我国目前最大的捣固焦炉设备,6.25 m捣固机是其关键设备。通过对提锤凸轮机构的动力学分析,得出了八锤捣固单元的动力学规律,给出了凸轮机构最大正压力和最大阻力矩的计算方法;对凸轮机构传动轴的布置和各凸轮的相位进行了研究,提出了合理的布置方式。
6. 25 m tamping coke oven equipment is the largest tamping coke oven equipment in China,and 6. 25 m tamping machine is the key equipment of 6. 25 m tamping coke oven equipment. For the purpose of developing the tamping machine,the key techniques of 8 hammer tamping unit must be studied. Through kinetic analysis of lifting hammer cam mechanism in this paper,the kinetic rule of 8 hammer tamping unit is obtained,the calculation methods for maximum positive pressure and maximum drag torque of cam mechanism are proposed. The cam phase is studied and the arrangement of the cam is determined.
