基于SolidWorks的非标插齿刀齿廓设计

摘要 针对非渐开线齿轮加工困难的问题,给出了一种快速设计插齿刀的方法。将待加工齿轮单个齿一侧的曲线参数化,用坐标变换的方法转换到插齿刀的坐标系中,并将得到的参数方程代入Solid Works从而得到插齿刀的齿形。实践表明,此方法得到的插齿刀可以保证加工精度且生产成本低。 This article found out a easy way to design non-standard gear shaper cutter. Firstly, the tooth profile of gear should be showed as parametric equations in its own coordinate system. Secondly, the parametric equations was put into the other coordinate system which was fixed on gear shaper cutter. Then, we got the parametric equations of gear shaper cutter. In SolidWorks, the parametric equations could drive a curve which was the tooth profile of non-standard gear shaper cutter. Practice shows that the way could improve the machining accuracy and reduce the production cost.
