摘要
某水下运载器工作中舱门在水流的冲击下容易出现液压锁紧机构失效而使得舱门自动开启的现象,针对这一问题,设计了一种用于水下辅助关门的绞车,并对其结构和密封作了较详细的介绍。该绞车滚筒上盘绕的钢丝绳一端与舱门连接,通过到位检测装置和电机控制器控制电机的启停,从而拉紧钢丝绳来实现舱门长时间的可靠锁紧,以弥补液压锁紧的不足。
This article describes the structure and sealing of a winch which is applied to underwater robot,to prevent the hydraulic locking mechanism from failure. By controlling the starting and stopping of the motor with detection device and motor controller,the winch achieves door locking long and reliable by tension rope.
