摘要
针对LED灯具散热器的大批量生产需求,经过反复多次的方案改善和试验,从设备选型、刀具选型、夹具与装夹方式等方面进行了工艺优化,综合提出了新的数控车削加工方案,解决了散热器大批量高效生产时质量不稳定的问题。
To meet the mass production needs of LED lamp radiator,this paper puts forward a new numerically controlled turning process,which includes some improvement measures in aspect of equipment selection,tool selection,fixture and clamping optimization,etc.
