摘要
在曲面加工或者高光倒角加工中,NC刀路的精细程度对工件加工质量和刀具寿命有很大的影响,尤其是当微小线段之间出现频繁换向且步长不均匀时,工件的表面质量会大打折扣。针对NC刀路不够精细的情况,通过采用B样条对微小线段进行拟合优化,得到一段光滑连续参数曲线,并用该曲线生成新的刀路来替换原来的刀路。实际加工测试表明,在同样的参数设定下,经过优化的刀路加工质量明显提高。
In the surface processing or high light chamfering,the NC tool path fineness has great influence on the workpiece processing quality and tool life,especially when direction frequently changes between the small line segments,the workpiece surface quality will go off greatly. In this paper,the B-spline is used to fit the small segment and a smooth continuous parametric curve is obtained. The new tool path is used to replace the original tool path. In the same parameter setting,the surface quality of optimized tool path is significantly improved.
