摘要
基于视觉测量技术设计了冶金锯片的自动测量系统。系统包括光源、图像采集与处理和参数计算测量,最终实现了冶金锯片几何参数的高速测量,对测量结果进行了对比分析。实验结果表明:自动测量系统不仅提高了测量的效率,同时也达到了测量精度的要求。
In this paper, an automatic measurement system of metallurgical saw blades is designed based on visual measurement. The system includes light source, image acquisition and processing, and parameter calculation. The measurement results are compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the automatic measurement system can not only improve the efficiency of the meas urement, but also meet the requirements of measurement accuracy.
