摘要
介绍了一套基于PLC的矿井提升机后备保护系统,本系统与原有提升机控制系统相结合,实现了对矿井提升机的双重保护。通过触摸屏参数的设置和显示功能,能够对提升机运行过程有直观的了解,并提高了系统的通用性。通过与原有计算机组态软件的连接,实现了后备保护与控制系统数据的共享,保证了数据的一致性和保护的精确性。
This paper shows a reserved protector for shaft lift system based on PLC. By combining the system with mine hoist control system, the double protection of mine hoist is realized. This system is able to obtain the intuitive running condition of mine hoist and enhance the versatility of this system through the parameter setting and displaying on touch screen. Through the connect of original configuration software, the function of data resource sharing from backup protection and mine hoist control system is achieved, which ensure the consistency of data and the accuracy of protection.
