摘要
针对大型液压伺服系统的节能需求,提出了由定量泵、溢流阀组成的控制油源系统。该系统在维持伺服系统压力恒定的同时,可根据不同工况下的流量需求,采用PLC对液压油源进行相应的控制,具有很好的节能效果。最后通过AMESim仿真平台,对大型油源控制系统进行建模仿真,验证了系统的可行性。
In view of the energy saving requirements of large hydraulic servo system, this paper proposes an oil source system which is composed of metering pump and overflow valve. The system could maintain the servo system at constant pressure, at the same time, control the hydraulic oil source with PLC according to the demand of different conditions, which has a good energy saving effect. In addition, modeling and simulation for large oil source control system has verified the feasibility of the system by using AMESim simulation software.
