地面商品煤仓是矿井商品煤转载存储的重要地点,以煤仓瓦斯抽风机处于监控盲区这一重大隐患为出发点,进行了煤仓瓦斯抽风机运行全过程智能化监控改造,实现了风机运行状态在线监测、风机故障停机实时报警、风机运行电流实时监控等,杜绝了因风机停机故障造成的瓦斯超限问题,有效地确保了煤仓瓦斯的安全排放,为商品煤仓的安全运行提供了可靠的保证。

The ground commodity coal bunker is an important site of mine coal transfer storage. In view of the coal bunker gas exhauster in the monitoring blind area, the intelligent transformation of gas exhauster monitoring system of coal bunker is carried out, to realize on-line monitoring of fan running state, real-time alarm of fan failure, real-time monitoring of fan running current, etc. The gas overrun problem caused by the fan outage is eliminated, which effectively ensures the safety of the coal gas emissions, and provides a reliable assurance of safe operation of commodity coal bunker.
