摘要
主要介绍了利用TRIZ理论解决热风炉拱顶温度检测。通过TRIZ原理,找出相应的检测手段;应用虚拟测量技术,在热风炉拱顶的炉皮外安装接触式K型热电偶,通过热电偶测量值与拱顶温度检测值的关系建立数据模型,从而达到检测拱顶温度的目的。
This paper mainly introduces the solution of hot blast stove dome temperature detection using TRIZ theory. Based on the principle of TRIZ, the corresponding detection means are found out. By using the technology of virtual measuring, the contact type K thermocouples are installed on the roof of the hot blast stove. The data model is built by the relationship between the measured value and the dome temperature, and the purpose of detecting dome temperature is achieved.
