摘要
针对连续式垂直升降机运行中风险集中,如行李掉落、行李卡阻,进而导致设备损坏率偏高的问题,基于可编程逻辑控制器的控制原理对连续式垂直升降机进行技术改造,对相关功能进行调整,并对参数进行优化,降低了故障的发生概率,提高了行李处理的能力。
Because of the concentration of function design of continuous vertical conveyor,it also brings concentration of risk in daily operation,such as baggage drop,baggage blocking,which results in high damage of equipment. Based on the principle of programmable logic controller,the functional parameters of the equipment are optimized in order to reduce the probability of equipment failure,and improve the ability of baggage handing.
