The management measures of mechanical and electrical equipment in fully mechanized coal mining working face are discussed in this paper, including the establishment and perfection of the management system of mechanical and electrical equipment, the improvement and optimization of management control mechanism, the implementation of site management and the training of technical management personnel. This work may provide some reference for the relevant theoretical research and practical work.
