摘要
TBM刀盘载荷谱研究是其疲劳寿命分析的基础,可为TBM刀盘及各部件寿命预估、实验室模拟实验、强度分析与计算和可靠性设计提供依据。对TBM刀盘工况进行了分析,阐述了TBM刀盘载荷谱研究的基本过程,介绍了TBM刀盘载荷谱的编制方法,并对其发展趋向作了展望。
The research on the TBM cutter load spectrum is the foundation of the fatigue life analysis,which provides data for the life estimating of the TBM cutter and other components,the simulation test,the analysis and calculation of strength and the reliability design. In this paper,the basic process of the research on the TBM cutter load spectrum is elaborated,the method of the research on the TBM cutter load spectrum is reviewed and the development trends are looked into the future.
