一种24 GHz低噪声放大器的设计

摘要 在汽车防撞雷达接收系统中,为提高整个接收机的性能,当确定了低噪声放大器的性能指标后,在ADS软件的基础上,采用赝配高电子迁移率的晶体管VMMK-1225设计了工作频率为24 GHz的低噪声放大器。仿真结果表明,在24 GHz频率处,放大器的噪声系数<2 d B,增益>9 d B,稳定系数>1,输入与输出电压驻波比都<2。最后利用Cadence软件进行版图设计并给出了实测结果。该放大器可应用于雷达接收系统、汽车导航系统和防撞系统等领域。 In the automotive anti -collision radar system, the Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is in the forefront of the receiver. After the determination of the performance index of the LNA, a design of the 24 LNA is implemented based on the high electron mobility transistor VMMK - 1225 with the ADS software. The simulation resuhs show that the NF of the amplifier is less than 2 dB, with the gain greater than 9 dB, stability factor greater than 1, and the input and output voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) less than 2. This LNA is drawn by Cadence. The final test data is also provided. The amplifier can be used in the radar receiving system, car navigation and collision avoidance system.
