实时荧光PCR检测非洲猪瘟病毒 被引量：3

摘要 非洲猪瘟(ASF)目前已对全球多个发病国家的养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失,是我国明确规定须重点防范的外来动物疫病之一,其对我国的威胁也与日俱增。本实验采用北京世纪元亨非洲猪瘟实时荧光PCR试剂盒,重点对来源于四川省阿坝、广元、巴中、达州、广安等边境高危地区的规模场及散养户的猪组织病料进行了检测,结果表明97份组织样本均为ASFV抗原阴性,四川境内尚未发现ASFV感染。
