推动消防社会化发展的几点思考

Thoughts on the Development of Fire Safety Socialization

着力营造全社会共同参与的社会化消防大格局,是新时期消防工作的重中之重。基于此,通过对当前消防工作中存在的问题进行分析研究,在落实行业部门监管责任的基础上,尝试提出构建消防"社会化"工作机制的应用思路,以此营造和谐消防"生态环境",推动消防管理机制向社会化转变。

In the new era, mobilizing the whole society to participate in fire safety becomes the top priority of the fire safety department. Hence, this paper analyzes the problems existing in fire safety, proposes building a ＂socialized＂ fire safety mechanism on the basis of implementing the regulatory responsibility of the competent departments, so as to create a harmonious ＂ecological environment＂ for fire safety, promote the transformation of fire safety to a social- ized management mechanism.
