Investigation and Analysis of a Suspected Shopping Mall Arson

结合一起待拆迁商场火灾的事故调查,通过环境勘验、初步勘验、细项勘验、专项勘验和调查取证,准确认定起火点和火灾原因。详细剖析了整个调查认定过程,并进行分析总结,给出了几点体会,为此类放火嫌疑案件的火灾调查工作提供参考。

In order to affirm the origin and the cause of a shopping mall fire accident, efforts have been made in en- vironmental investigation, preliminary inspection, secondary inspection, special inspection and evidence collection. Afterwards, the whole investigation process has been analyzed in detail. This paper introduces the lessons drawn and reflection made in the investigation, so as to provide a reference for the investigation of suspected arsons.
