摘要
在一起因天然气泄漏引发的火灾中,初期因无法确定引火源和起火物使调查陷入被动。通过深入走访、细致勘验,并合理运用推断法,假设了火灾事故的发生过程。针对事故中几个无法解释的疑点,设计了现场模拟试验,进而确定了天然气泄漏点和进入起火建筑的路径,最终准确认定了起火原因,并给出了几点体会。该起火灾事故调查方法的运用及现场试验的设计为类似的火灾事故处理提供了思路。
In a fire accident caused by a natural gas leak, the investigation was interrupted because the ignition source and ignition material of the fire were unknown. Through in - depth visits, careful inspection, and reasonable inference, an assumption of development process of the fire was made. In order to explain several doubts in the acci- dent and determine the location of the natural gas leak and its path to the nearby building, a simulated field experi- ment was designed. This paper summarizes the experience of this investigation, provides a reference for investigation methods and field experiment design of similar fire accidents.
