摘要
新媒体的兴起和发展使得议程设置理论发展到微议程阶段。微议程的出现,使当前学校德育面临着人本德育理念空场、德育舆论导向弱化、德育方式方法滞后等挑战。为应对上述挑战,必须基于新媒体及在其基础上发展起来的微议程,坚持以人为本的德育理念,构建学校主导的互动系统,发展交往对话的德育模式,开启学校德育的新方向。
The rise and development of new media made the agenda-setting theory devel- op into the micro-agenda stage, Which made the school moral education face such new chal- lenges as the absent notion of human-oriented moral education, the weak direction of public opinion of moral education, and the lagged methods of moral education. Responding to the a- bove challenges, it should open the new direction of school moral education based on the new media and the micro-agenda, with adhering to the notion of human-oriented moral education, constructing school-leading interactive system and developing the moral education model of communication and dialogue.
