环境污染问题向量自回归模型和脉冲响应函数的实证研究

摘要 基于中国2000-2014年的年度数据,运用向量自回归模型、脉冲响应函数和方差分解等方法对国内生产总值与"三废"排放量的关系进行了定量分析。研究发现:环境污染对经济发展的影响具有滞后性;经济发展对废气排放总量的贡献作用有限,大气污染主要来源于其他渠道(如生活需要);我国经济的自我促进作用非常强,保持经济持续中高速增长非常必要;环境污染治理对经济发展的促进作用已显著提高,特别体现在对废水和废气排放的处理上。 According to the statistics from 2000 to 2014 of china, the relationship between turnover volume of freight transport and the added value of the tertiary industry has been analyzed through var, IRF and variance decomposition. Conclusion is: environmental pollution impact on economic development has a lag; because of contribution of the economic development to the total emissions being limit, air pollution mainly comes from other sources such as the life needs; due to the ego boost of our country's economy is very strong, so to ensure a sustainable economic growth is very necessary.
