保持党的纯洁性是一项历史性任务,是保持党的先进性的基本前提。从方法论的角度来讲,加强党的纯洁性建设必须持续推进,掌握方法,做好经常性工作。要以党内民主和人民民主为基本手段,民主化推进党的纯洁性建设;以思想创新和组织创新为基本手段,常态化推进党的纯洁性建设;以建立健全党内规章制度为基本手段,制度化推进党的纯洁性建设;以建设社会主义法制国家为契机,法制化推进党的纯洁性建设。
