On Breakthrough in Lawyer's Discourse Right and Construction of the Legal Professional Community under New Circumstances of Law-administering

作为法律语言学领域的专业课题,律师话语权少有学者研究,业内关注也较少。法律职业共同体目前存在的诸多障碍都与律师话语权不平等有关联。随着新时期中央对律师制度改革的深化,律师话语权也在逐步增加,以至突破已有框架。律师群体已得到国家顶层设计的认可,将成为新形势下我国人民法治建设的主力军。

The lawyer＇s discourse right, one of the professional subjects in forensic linguistics, was stud- ied and focused on by few scholars. Nowadays, there are many barriers in the legal professional community which is in connection with the inequality of lawyer＇s discourse right. With the deep reform of lawyer system by the Party Central Committee in new era of law-administering, the lawyer＇s discourse right is gradually increasing and has broken through the old frame. Lawyers have been agreed by China＇s top level and will be the main forces in the construction of ruling by law.
