摘要
基于2005-2014年中国31个省份的面板数据,运用随机前沿分析方法(SFA)分析了包含健康人力资本因素在内的区域全要素生产率及其影响因素。结果发现:我国全要素生产率值较低,并在持续不断提高之中;省域间存在较大差异,不考虑其影响因素会低估我国区域经济系统全要素生产率;贸易依存度、政府规制、产业结构对全要素生产率产生正效应,产权结构、城乡收入差距则相反,技术创新能力因时滞效应并没有明显作用。研究表明,发展对外贸易、产业结构优化、非国有经济成分上升有利于国家建设过程中区域全要素生产率改善。
Based on the 2005--2014 years of China's panel data for 31 provinces, using stochastic frontier, contains healthy human regional TFP and its influencing factors are analyzed. The results show that: China's total factor productivity is low, and in the continuous improvement, there is a big difference between provinces. Without consideration of its influencing factors, it will underestimate the total factor productivity of China's regional economic system. Trade dependence, government regulation and industrial structure have positive effects on total factor productivity. Property right structure and the income gap between urban and rural areas are the opposite, but the technological innovation ability has no significant effect on the time lag effect. This shows that the development of foreign trade, industrial structure optimization, the rise of non state owned economy is conducive to the process of national construction in the process of regional total factor productivity improvement.
