摘要
德累斯顿工业大学纺织机械和高性能材料技术研究所(ITM)开发的玻璃纤维长丝的湿化学金属化方法,使获得一系列具有更高功能性的纺织结构成为可能。这项工作的目的是开发一种简单而经济适用的技术,用于金属银涂层的玻璃纤维长丝的后整理。通过这一技术能在玻璃纤维表面获得均匀、完全覆盖和永久固定的银层。这些功能化的玻璃纤维长丝表面显示出电磁屏蔽和电磁性能,使其在各个领域中获得应用。
A wet chemical metallization method for glass filament yarns developed at the Institute of Textile Machinery and High Performance Material Technology (ITM) of TU Dresden enables the access of a series of textile structures with higher functionality. The aim of this work was to develop a simple and cost effective technology for the finishing of glass filament yarns with metal silver coating. This technology enables to obtain a homogenous, completely covering and permanently anchored silver layer on the glass filament yarn surface. These functionalized glass filament yarn surfaces exhibit electro-magnetic shielding and electro-magnetic properties, which will find their uses in respective application fields.
