摘要
同棉纤维一样,虽然黄麻纤维可加工性好,生产的纱线可达预期效果,但纺纱系统中每天浪费的纤维高达2%~7%。研究的主要目的旨在高效利用废弃黄麻,从而实现黄麻工业的可持续发展。由于废弃黄麻纤维具有长度较小、尾端较细的特点,故将其作为原料与聚酯纤维混纺。试验加工了11种不同线密度、不同混纺比的聚酯和黄麻混纺纱。11种纱线中,线密度为30/1tex和30/2tex,聚酯与黄麻混纺比为70∶30的纱线呈现出良好的性能。
Every day 2%-7% of fiber from a jute spinning system is renamed as disposable wastage although it has a sufficient spinnable property to manufacture a desired characteristic yarn like cotton. The main purpose of this study is to use waste jute fiber effectively, in order to keep the jute industry sustainable. For this goal waste jute fibers were examined as a blending component with polyester (PET) fibers because of their short length and tapering ends. 11 yarns of different fineness and blend ratios were produced through blending polyester and waste jute fibers. Among all blend ratios and yarn fineness; 30/1 tex and 30/2 tex yarn at PET/J 70 : 30 blend ratio show a very interesting yarn quality.
