成人纸尿裤结构及吸收性能的研究

Research on the structure and absorption properties of adult diapers

选取5种相同尺寸、不同品牌的成人纸尿裤进行结构分析,并对其吸收和回渗性能进行了测试。结果表明:成人纸尿裤结构相对较简单,大多数不含导流层;随着成人纸尿裤中芯层质量分数和高吸水树脂(SAP)含量的增加,纸尿裤的吸收倍率相应增加;通过合理使用导流层可有效防止液体的回渗,减少回渗量。

The structures of different brands adult diapers of five kinds with the same size were analyzed. The absorption and rewet performance of the five adult diapers were tested. The results indicated that the structure of most adult diapers was simple without acquisition distribution layer （ADL）. The absorption rate of the adult diapers increased with the increasing of the proportion of core layer and the amount of super absorbent polymer （SAP）. Through the rational use of ADL liquid rewet was prevented, and the amount of rewet was reduced.
