莫沙比利联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受疗效观察

Treatment of feeding intolerance in premature infants with mosapride combined with non-nutritive sucking: a curative effect observation

目的:观察莫沙比利联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受疗效。方法:将80例喂养不耐受的早产儿采用区组随机化方法分为治疗组42例和对照组38例,对照组给予常规治疗和非营养性吸吮治疗2周,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用莫沙比利(0.25 mg/次,口服,每日3次)联合治疗2周。结果:治疗组发生喂养不耐受例数10例,对照组发生17例。与对照组相比,治疗组在呕吐持续时间、胃潴留持续时间、腹胀持续时间、胎粪排空时间、达到全胃肠道喂养时间、恢复到出生体重所需时间和住院时间上均明显缩短(P<0.05)。2组无1例不良反应发生,血常规和生化无明显异常。结论:莫沙比利联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受有较好的协同作用,较单一应用非营养性吸吮效果更好,可促进早产儿生长发育,且安全可靠,可操作性强。

Objective： To explore the effect of mosapride and non-nutritive sucking （ NNS ） on feeding intolerance （ FI ） in premature infants. Methods ：80 premature infants with FI were randomly divided into a treatment group （42 cases） and a control group （38 cases }. The control group received routine therapy and NNS for 2 weeks, while the treatment group was given the therapy of mosapride （0.25 mg, po, tid） for 2 weeks on the basis of control group. Results： FI in the treatment and control groups were separately 10 and 17 cases. Compared with the control group, the duration of treatment group was significantly shorter in terms of vomiting, stomach retention, abdominal distension and meconium emptying as well as the time of nutrition fully getting into the gastrointestinal tract, restoring to birth weight and the length of hospitalization （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No adverse reaction occurred in both groups. There were also no significant changes in blood routine and biochemical functions in either group. Conclusion： Compared with the single application of NNS, the joint of mosapride and NNS has better effects for treatment of FI, and can promote the growth and development of premature infants. So it is safe, feasible and worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
