中等强度运动对糖尿病合并冠心病患者QT离散度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察运动疗法对冠心病合并糖尿病患者的QT间期离散度的影响。方法:用同步12导联心电图测定80名糖尿病合并冠心病患者规律运动30 d、60 d、90 d后QT离散度。结果:受检者运动60 d后和运动90 d后QT离散度均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中等强度运动60 d和90 d后,糖尿病合并冠心病患者的QT离散度下降。 Objective: To study the change of QT dispersion (QTd) of patients with both coronary heart disease (CHD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in exercise training. Methods: All patients( n = 80) were recruited in our study. QTd were recorded by 12- lead ECG. The QTd of the patients before exercise,30,60 and 90 days after exercise were recorded. Results:QTd of 60 days after exercise and 90 days after exercise decreased significantly in comparison with that before exercise ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: After 60 and 90 daystmoderate intensity exercise, QTd of patients with both CHD and T2DM may decrease.
