历史文化街区保护整治工程的防火技术问题

以成都水井坊历史文化街区保护整治项目为例,根据相关技术规范和法规,讨论历史文化街区保护整治工程中常见的木结构建筑耐火等级、防火分区、防火间距以及采取等效技术措施调整防火间距等问题,并提出建议。数座建筑占地面积总和不大于防火分区最大允许建筑面积时,可将其视为一座建筑,考虑到必要的消防车通行和阻止火灾蔓延等,要求组内建筑之间的间距尽量不小于4 m。历史风貌保护区中一些受条件限制的区域内的木结构建筑组群,采取设置甲级防火门窗、防火卷帘、防火墙以及采用防火涂料处理可燃性屋檐等与防火间距等效的其他防火保护措施防止火灾在建筑间的蔓延是可行的。

Taking Shuijingfang historic conservation area in Chengdu as example,based on relative standards and Codes,the normal problems in renovation projects like fire resistance rating of timber construction,fire compartmentation,fire distance and adjusting fire distance by equivalent measures were discussed and some suggestions were put forward.The group of several buildings which building area in summation is not more than the allowable building area of a fire compartmentation can be seen as one building.Considering the pass of fire vehicle and the prevention of fire spread,the distance between buildings in the group should not be less than 4 m.For some special timber construction in historic conservation area,it＇s feasible to prevent the fire spread form building to building by equivalent measures like setting of Class A fire door,fire shutter and fire wall,or carrying out the flame resistance treatment by fireproof coating on the combustible eaves.
