Discussion on firefighting and rescue drill in underground building

针对哈尔滨地下建筑的现状,结合地下建筑火灾特点,探讨目前地下建筑灭火救援实战演练存在的普遍性问题,提出地下建筑灭火演练开展的建议,如充分做好演练前的准备工作,加强消防装备管理等,并探讨现场实兵演练的训练重点,以期为今后适应新形势下火灾扑救和抢险救援工作的需要提供支持和借鉴。

In view of the current situation of underground buildingsin Harbin,combined with the characteristics of fires in the underground buildings,discussed the common problems of fire fighting and rescue combat drill in underground buildings,the suggestions were put forward including fully preparing for combat drill and strengthening management of fire equipment,and the key points in on-site practical drill were discussed,in order to give support and references for fire fighting and rescue under new situation in the future.
