基于SOP的高校实验室火灾危险性分析

Fire risk analysis of university laboratory based on SOP

基于标准作业程序(SOP),简述了高校实验室场所的火灾安全问题。从高校实验室的常见危险源出发,具体对爆炸性反应、加料顺序、外界热源/点火源三个方面进行阐述。指出高校实验室具有易燃易爆化学品种类多、数量大,仪器设备种类多、引火方式多样,消防安全意识相对较差、人员流动大,安全出口、疏散通道不畅通的特点。并结合SOP,从法律法规、规章制度和操作程序三个层面对高校实验室提出防火建议。

Based on the standard operating procedure （SOP）,the fire safety problems in the university laboratory were introduced.Starting from the common dangerous sources in the university laboratory,analyzed three aspects including the explosive reaction,the feeding sequence and the external heat source in detail.The fire risks were proposed including large amount of flammable and explosive chemicals,kinds of equipment and fire modes,relatively poor people fire safety awareness and unsmooth safety exits and evacuation route.And then,combined with SOP,the suggestions on fire protection were proposed from three aspects as laws and regulations,rules and operating procedures.
