摘要
从2012年起,我国经济开始进入中速增长阶段。在新常态下,河南产业聚集区可以从促进产城融合,提高科技投入,加快结构调整,进行制度创新,转变政府职能等几个方面加快产业升级,抢占经济发展的制高点。
From 2012, China＇s economy entered into a moderate growth -rate range. In the new normal phrase, Henan industry gathering area can accelerate industrial upgrading, and seize the commanding heights of the economy development by promoting the integration of industry and city, increasing investment in science and technology, speeding up structural adjustment and institutional innovation, transforming the government＇s function, etc.
