摘要
对某轻型卡车在发动机怠速情况下,原地打方向时出现的动转异响进行分析与改进。从动转管路系统油液流动对管路产生震动方面进行系统排查,通过对系统匹配的优化及管路震动的消减,降低动转系统噪音,提高车辆的舒适性。
Under the condition of the engine idle speed,when the driver turned the steering wheel, power steering system of a light truck produced abnormal sounds.This paper analyze the reasons of abnormal sounds and improve.This paper analyze pipeline vibration of the oil flow in power steering system. Through the optimization of system matching and pipeline vibration reduction, reduce abnormal sounds of power steering system, improve the comfort of the vehicle.
