摘要
针对自助加油发生的静电事故,分析了自助加油站的静电风险,如人体静电、加油枪出口油品静电、加油枪接地不良、油箱结构不合理等,都可能导致静电燃爆事故的发生。针对人体静电,提出使用本安型自助加油防人体静电装置和防静电加油卡;针对加油枪、加油机分别提出静电防控措施,并提出自助加油站建设的防静电建议。
In view of the electrostatic accident caused by self- service refueling, the electrostatic risk of self- service gas stations, such as static electricity of the human body, the static electricity of the oil tank- er, the bad grounding of the fuel gun and the irration- al structure of the fuel tank, are analyzed. For the human body static electricity, put forward the use of intrinsically safe self- fuel anti -static device and anti - static fuel card; for refueling gun, tanker were put forward electrostatic control measures, and pro- posed self - help anti - static gas station construction.
