摘要
水刺无纺布是根据不同用途,采用不同比例的木浆原纸水刺复合而成,原纸采用100%漂白化学针叶木浆作原料,通过特殊的碎浆、磨浆、抄造工艺,生产木浆原纸,并分析了原纸掉毛的影响因素及其控制措施。
According to the different uses, spunlaced nonwoven was manufactured with the different proportion of wood pulp paper spunlaced and composited, which adopts 100% bleached softwood pulp as raw material, through special repulping, refining and papermaking process. The factors influencing the paper linting and its control measures were analyzed.
