纸板生产企业用水现状及单位产品取水量分析

The present water consumption situation and analysis on water intake per unit products for cardboard enterprises

通过对东莞市两家纸板生产企业的实地调研,得出其单位产品取水量分别为9.95m^3/t和8.86m^3/t,达到《重点工业行业用水效率指南》规定的造纸行业单位产品取水量先进值水平(箱纸板和瓦楞原纸先进值10m^3/t)。与国内外先进水平作比较,结果表明:东莞市一些大型造纸企业的单位产品取水量已接近国际先进水平,因此制定严于国家标准的地方标准、行业标准很有必要。

Through Dongguan two cardboard enterprises on the spot investigation and study,its unit product water intake was worked out 9.95m^3/t and 8.86m^3/t respectively,achieving to the advanced level of papermaking industry water intake per unit product stipulated in Key Industry Water Consumption Efficiency Guide,which is up to 10m^3/t for box cardboard and corrugated medium. By comparing with the domestic and foreign advanced level,the results indicated that the unit product water intake volume of some Dongguan advanced large-scale papermaking enterprises were already close to the international advanced level. Therefore it is very necessary to formulate more strict local standards than the national standards.
